Services
Our services consist of providing inbox setup, support, and maintenance to clients through contractual agreements. These services may include but are not limited to email inbox configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and deliverability.
Use of Platform
By using our services, clients agree to our Terms of Service, which outline the specific terms and conditions of our offerings. These Terms of Service supersede any other agreements and are binding upon the use of our platform.
Subscription Terms
By subscribing to our inbox services, you are agreeing to a monthly subscription fee per active inbox. This fee will be automatically charged to your account each month until you provide notice of cancellation.
Payment Agreement
You acknowledge that this agreement requires continuous monthly payment unless and until you cancel your subscription. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruption to your service, we request a 7-day notice prior to cancellation. This allows us to process your request efficiently and conclude the billing cycle without impacting your account.
Early Billing & Renewal
To prevent any interruption to your service, we attempt to charge your payment method 4 days before your monthly renewal date. If the charge fails, you will have until your renewal date to update your payment information. If payment is not received by the renewal date, your inboxes will be deactivated.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for us to perform our services effectively. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
Conduct & Treatment of Staff
We expect all clients to treat our team members with respect and professionalism. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior directed at any member of our staff — whether via chat, email, phone, or any other channel — will not be tolerated. Cheap Inboxes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and services immediately, without refund, if we determine that such conduct has occurred.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Cheap Inboxes or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cheap Inboxes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cheap Inboxes and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Google Suspensions
Cheap Inboxes does not control nor is responsible for suspensions by Google, of inboxes or domains. Refunds will not be issued in the event of such suspensions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your inbox subscription(s), you can cancel them yourself in the client portal, or please reach out to us directly at support@cheapinboxes.com. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm and process it promptly within the specified 7-day notice period.
